Terms of Service

By creating an account or using MyEduConn you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use MyEduConn on behalf of a school, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

MyEduConn is an online platform for school communication and learning: announcements, homework, marks, attendance, timetables, study materials, messaging, reports and a tutor marketplace.

You must give accurate information, keep your password private, and use MyEduConn only for lawful educational purposes. You are responsible for content you post.

Schools are responsible for the users they invite, the roles they assign, the accuracy of academic records, and having a lawful basis (including any required parental consent) for the data they put into MyEduConn.

• Do not share login details or let others use your account.
• Do not scrape, copy in bulk, or try to access data you are not entitled to see.
• Do not harass others, post unlawful content, or interfere with the service.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. Annual plans cancelled early are refunded pro rata for the unused months. Tutor session payments are processed by Stripe.

MyEduConn owns the platform, its software and branding. Schools and users own the data and content they put into MyEduConn and give us permission to process it only to provide the service.

You may stop using MyEduConn and request account deletion at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

MyEduConn is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
